Operators can create a Check-In Message for each of their venues from the Bar Connect website. This is
a mobile-optimized site that can be accessed using your mobile device, tablet, or computer.
1. Login to http://barconnect.touchtunes.com with your TouchTunes Mobile App username and
password.
a. Note: Your mobile app credentials must be linked with your dashboard account. You can link to
your dashboard account as follows:
i. Login to your dashboard account
ii. Go to the Edit My Account page
iii. Fill in your mobile app (myTouchTunes) user name and password
2. You will see a full list of your locations
3. Choose the location where you wish to set up a check-in message
4. Select Mobile Message
5. Create a Title (used only for your reference), Headline, and Message Body. Only the Headline and
Message Body will be shown to patrons when they check in.
